REFUND POLICY

At Voltix Energy Limited, we strive to deliver quality products and professional services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be granted.
- Deposits and Advance Payments
. Deposits used for procurement of materials, equipment, permits, transportation, or project mobilization are generally non-refundable once these activities have commenced.
. If a project is canceled before procurement or mobilization begins, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
2. Equipment Purchases
Refunds for supplied equipment may be considered if:
. The item delivered is materially different from what was ordered.
. The item is defective upon delivery and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Equipment must be returned in its original condition where applicable.
3. Custom Orders
Custom-made, specially ordered, or imported equipment may not be eligible for refunds once orders have been placed with suppliers.
4. Installation Services
Fees for completed installation work are non-refundable.
However, if installation issues arise due to workmanship errors by Voltix Energy Limited, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional cost during the applicable warranty period.
5. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels a project after work has commenced:
. Costs already incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
. Materials already purchased specifically for the project may not be refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 14–30 business days using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
. Change of mind after equipment has been ordered or installed.
. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
. External factors beyond our control, including power supply issues, internet outages, weather-related damage, or acts of nature.
8. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Voltix Energy Limited with:
. Your name and contact details
. Invoice or quotation number
. Description of the issue
. Supporting photographs or documentation where applicable
Each request will be reviewed fairly and in accordance with this policy.
