Welcome to Voltix Energy Limited. By engaging our services, requesting a quotation, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Our Service
Voltix Energy Limited provides services including, but not limited to:
. Solar energy system design and installation
. Electrical installation and maintenance
. CCTV and security system installation
. Equipment supply and technical support
. System inspection and consultation
2. Quotations and Pricing
. All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document.
. Prices may change due to fluctuations in material costs, exchange rates, taxes, or supplier pricing.
. Any additional work requested after project commencement may attract extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
. A deposit may be required before procurement of materials or commencement of work.
. Full payment shall be made according to the payment schedule stated in the quotation, invoice, or contract.
. Ownership of supplied equipment remains with Voltix Energy Limited until full payment has been received.
4. Project Execution
. Clients shall provide reasonable access to the project site.
. Delays caused by weather conditions, supplier shortages, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control may affect project timelines.
. Voltix Energy Limited will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines.
5. Warranty
. Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
. Installation workmanship may be covered by a separate service warranty as stated in the project agreement.
. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, vandalism, or improper maintenance.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
. Provide accurate project information.
. Ensure safe access to the installation location.
. Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals where required.
. Use installed systems according to provided instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Voltix Energy Limited shall not be liable for:
. Indirect or consequential losses.
. Losses resulting from power grid failures, internet outages, acts of nature, or third-party actions.
. Damages arising from unauthorized modifications to installed systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All proposals, designs, drawings, reports, and technical documents prepared by Voltix Energy Limited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement subject to applicable contractual obligations and payment for work already completed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Nigeria.
